When will it arrive?

Orders leave us in 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery is 5–8 business days and is free over $75.00; expedited and express are available at checkout. Full detail in our Shipping Policy.

What if I want to send it back?

Thirty days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us first for a return authorisation — don't post anything back before you have one. We cover return shipping when the fault is ours. See the Refund & Return Policy.

It arrived damaged.

Photograph the item and the box and email info@goodforgirlz.com within seven days. We replace it or refund you in full including shipping, and you usually won't need to send the damaged one back.

Questions about this product

How do I stop the grip dots peeling?

Wash inside out, warm not hot, tumble low, and skip the fabric softener. Softener is what lifts silicone off cotton.

Do they run small?

They run true. Women's 5-8 and 8-11 as marked, and the elastane gives a little either way.

Can men wear them?

Sizing is women's, so an 8-11 fits up to about a men's 9.5. Beyond that they'll be tight.

Are they returnable?

Only unopened. Once the sealed pack is opened we can't take socks back, which is a hygiene rule rather than an awkward one.

Thirty days to change your mind

Unused and in its original packaging, within thirty days, for a refund. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and usually don't ask for it back at all.
