Things worth keeping
Good for Girlz started from a simple frustration: most of what gets sold as a "gift" is designed to look good in a photograph and fall apart by spring. We wanted the opposite — things that survive being used every day, and that you'd happily buy twice, once for yourself and once for someone else.
How we choose what to sell
We're a small curated shop, not a marketplace. Every product on this site is chosen by us and has to clear the same three questions before it goes up:
- Would we use it ourselves, every week? If it's a novelty, it doesn't make it.
- Is it built to last past the first season? We look closely at materials, construction and the boring things — stitching, hinges, coatings, replaceable parts.
- Is the description honest? We'd rather tell you what a product doesn't do than oversell it and deal with the return.
That's also why our catalogue is deliberately small. Adding fifty more products would be easy; keeping them all good would not.
What we won't do
We don't make health claims about wellness products. Our air purifier filters air, our activity ring counts steps and sleep, our grip balls train your hands — none of them treat anything, and we say so on the product page rather than burying it. If a product needs a medical claim to sound appealing, it isn't a product we want to sell.
Nothing on this site renews automatically either. There is no recurring charge anywhere — not on orders, and not on our membership, which is bought once and simply ends.
Getting it to you
Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner and most leave the warehouse within one to two business days. Delivery times and costs for the US and the UK are set out in our Shipping Policy. If something turns up damaged or simply isn't right, we'd rather fix it quickly than argue — you have 30 days, and we cover return shipping whenever the fault is ours.
Keepers
Keepers is our membership: $24.95 once, twelve months of 20% off and free shipping, plus early access to new arrivals. It does not renew and we keep no card on file for it — when the year ends, it ends. On that page we also tell you plainly when it isn't worth buying, which is most of the time if you only order once a year.

We are not a marketplace — everything here is chosen, described and answered for by us.
