Our membership, for people who buy from us more than once or twice a year. You pay once. It runs for twelve months. It does not renew.

How it works, honestly

We are a small shop and we do not run a membership app, so this is deliberately low-tech. You buy Keepers like any other item. Within one business day we email you two codes — one for the 20%, one for the free shipping — along with the date your year runs to. They are set up to work together, so you enter both at checkout and get the discount and the free shipping on the same order.

It is two boxes instead of one. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out at checkout.

Is it actually worth it for you?

Do the sum before you buy. The 20% is the part that matters: if you expect to spend around $125 or more with us over the next year, the discount alone covers the $24.95 and the free shipping is on top. If you think you will order once, it is not worth it — buy the thing you came for and skip this page.

We would rather turn down $24.95 than take it from someone who will never use it.

The small print

• One payment of $24.95 plus any applicable sales tax. There is no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. We do not keep a card on file for this.
• Benefits run for 12 months from the date you buy.
• Your codes are personal to you and to one household. We may withdraw benefits without refund for reselling or publicly sharing codes.
• Full refund within 30 days if you have not yet used a Keepers code. After 30 days, email us and we will look at it case by case.
• Nothing is shipped. Your codes arrive by email.
• Free shipping applies to US Standard Shipping.

Questions

Will I be charged again in a year? No. There is no subscription and no stored card. When the twelve months end, the codes stop working and that is the end of it unless you choose to buy another year.

Is there anything to cancel? No, because nothing renews. See Unsubscribing & Cancellations.

Can I use the discount on sale items? Yes. The 20% comes off whatever price is showing.

Do I need an account? No, but it makes reordering easier.
