Keepers — 12-Month Membership

One payment of $24.95. Twelve months of benefits. It does not renew.

Keepers is our membership for people who shop with us more than once or twice a year. You pay once, today, and nothing is ever charged again — no card is kept on file for a renewal, and there is nothing to cancel. When the twelve months are up it simply ends, and you decide then whether to buy another year.

• Free Standard Shipping on every order, with no minimum spend, applied with your Keepers shipping code.
• Early access to new arrivals and seasonal pieces, roughly 48 hours before they go on the site.
• Restock notices for the things that sell out first.
• Priority support — your emails go to the front of the queue.

How it works

Buy it like any other item. Within one business day we email you your two Keepers codes and the date your year runs to. You enter them at checkout — they are built to work together, so you get the 20% and the free shipping on the same order.

Is it worth it for you?

Plainly: if you expect to spend less than about $150 with us over the next year, it is not. The 20% would save you under $30 and you would roughly break even before shipping. If you order every month or two, it pays for itself in the first couple of orders. We would rather say that now than take $24.95 from someone who will not use it.

The small print

• One payment of $24.95 plus any applicable sales tax. No recurring charge and no automatic renewal.
• Benefits run for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Codes are personal to you and to one household. We may withdraw benefits, without refund, for reselling or sharing codes.
• Full refund within 30 days if you have not yet used a Keepers code. After that, email us and we will look at it case by case.
• Nothing here is shipped — your codes arrive by email.
