3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it so that we can complete your transactions and contact you. We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed.
4. Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts, an item on our site may occasionally be mispriced or described inaccurately. If an item's correct price is higher than the price listed, we will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
5. Keepers Membership — One-Time Purchase, No Automatic Renewal
Keepers is bought once. It is not a subscription, it does not renew automatically, and we do not retain a payment method to charge you again. We operate no automatic-renewal or negative-option billing anywhere on this site.
- The price is $24.95, plus any applicable sales tax, charged once at the time of purchase.
- Member benefits run for 12 months from the date of purchase and then lapse. No further charge is made, and there is nothing for you to cancel.
- Benefits are delivered as personal discount codes, emailed to you within one business day of purchase, together with the date your year runs to.
- Codes are personal to you and to a single household. We may withdraw benefits without refund where codes are resold or shared publicly.
- We refund the membership in full within 30 days of purchase provided you have not yet used a member code. After 30 days we consider requests case by case.
- If you buy another year, that is a separate, deliberate purchase you make yourself.

6. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
Shipping timeframes, rates, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
