Good for Girlz does not sell subscriptions.
There is no automatic renewal and no negative-option billing anywhere on this store. Every charge we make is one you authorise at the moment you make it. That includes Keepers, our membership, which is bought once and never renews by itself.
1. Why this page exists
Plenty of online shops bury a recurring charge inside a checkout, and plenty of "memberships" are really auto-renewing subscriptions with a friendly name. Ours is not, and this page says so in one place so you do not have to take it on trust.
2. What we charge for
Two things, both one-off:
- Orders. You see the item price, the shipping cost and the sales tax before you pay. Your card is charged once for that total and nothing further is taken.
- Keepers membership, $24.95. A single payment covering twelve months of benefits.
We do not store your card details for future charges. Payment is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant processor, and we never see your full card number.
3. How Keepers ends
It ends on its own. Twelve months after you buy it, your member codes stop working. You are not charged again, you are not asked to cancel, and no card is kept on file to renew it. If you want another year, you buy another year deliberately — we may email once to say the year is ending, and ignoring that email costs you nothing.
Because nothing renews automatically, there is no cancellation process. If you change your mind after buying, see the refund terms on the Keepers page: full refund within 30 days if you have not used a code.
4. Our email list is free
Joining our email list costs nothing, requires no payment method, and creates no financial obligation. Leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Instructions are on the Unsubscribing & Cancellations page.
5. If we ever introduce recurring billing
We may one day offer something that renews automatically. If we do, we commit to the following — which is what the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and state automatic-renewal laws require, and what we would consider the minimum decent standard regardless:
- The price, the billing frequency, the date of the first charge and the date of each renewal shown clearly and conspicuously before you enter any payment details.
- An unchecked box giving express consent to the recurring charge. Never pre-ticked, never bundled into general agreement to the terms.
- Cancelling at least as easy as signing up: self-service, online, no phone call, no retention script, no fee.
- An acknowledgement email setting out the terms and how to cancel, and a reminder before the first renewal.
- Buying Keepers or joining the email list would not enroll you. It would be a separate, deliberate decision.
Until that happens, none of it applies, because nothing on this store renews.
6. Your rights
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your state, or under ROSCA.
7. Changes to this policy
If we begin offering anything with recurring billing, this page will be replaced with the full terms and the date above will change. We will not start any recurring billing without publishing those terms first.
