When will it arrive?

Orders leave us in 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery is 5–8 business days and is free over $75.00; expedited and express are available at checkout. Full detail in our Shipping Policy.

What if I want to send it back?

Thirty days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us first for a return authorisation — don't post anything back before you have one. We cover return shipping when the fault is ours. See the Refund & Return Policy.

It arrived damaged.

Photograph the item and the box and email info@goodforgirlz.com within seven days. We replace it or refund you in full including shipping, and you usually won't need to send the damaged one back.

Questions about this product

Will it help my allergies or asthma?

It filters airborne particles, which is a different sentence from treating a condition. It is not a medical device and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. Talk to your doctor about symptoms.

What size room?

Up to about 220 square feet — a bedroom, home office or nursery. Putting it in an open-plan living space will not do much.

How often do filters need changing?

Every three to six months depending on use. Running it in a dusty room or with pets pushes you toward three.

Does it produce ozone?

No. It's mechanical filtration with a fan. There is no ioniser and no UV lamp, both of which is where ozone tends to come from.

Thirty days to change your mind

Unused and in its original packaging, within thirty days, for a refund. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and usually don't ask for it back at all.
