Can I sleep with it?

No. Never sleep against a heated device — prolonged contact at even moderate heat can burn skin without you noticing.

Is it safe for someone with reduced sensation?

Not without medical advice. If you have neuropathy, diabetes or any reduced feeling in your hands, you can't tell when it's too hot, which is exactly how contact burns happen.

Can I take it on a plane?

Lithium power banks go in your cabin bag, never checked luggage. Check your airline's watt-hour limit before you fly.

How long does it take to charge?

Two to three hours over USB-C. Charge it while you're awake and around — don't leave it running overnight unattended.

Thirty days to change your mind

Unused and in its original packaging, within thirty days, for a refund. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and usually don't ask for it back at all.
