What if I want to send it back?
Thirty days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us first for a return authorisation — don't post anything back before you have one. We cover return shipping when the fault is ours. See the Refund & Return Policy.
It arrived damaged.
Photograph the item and the box and email info@goodforgirlz.com within seven days. We replace it or refund you in full including shipping, and you usually won't need to send the damaged one back.

Can it go on my front door?
Under a covered porch, yes. In full weather, no — prolonged rain loosens the binding and direct sun will fade dried flowers within a season.
How long does it last?
Years indoors, out of direct sunlight. Colour softens gradually; that's normal for preserved botanicals rather than a fault.
How do I clean it?
A hairdryer on cool, from a distance. Never water.
Is the engraved tag returnable?
No — personalised items are excluded from returns, which is why we ask you to check the spelling twice at checkout.

Thirty days to change your mind

Unused and in its original packaging, within thirty days, for a refund. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and usually don't ask for it back at all.
